WiCS Con 2025 will include networking, informative presentations, workshops, mock interview sessions, panels, and more!

The conference will host mock-interviews in the morning and open with a Women in Tech panel. Following our opening panel we will have several concurrent sessions featuring presentations from WiCS sponsors for students and community members, and workshops hosted by UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ graduate students for our high school attendees. We will end the day with a networking reception featuring industry sponsors.Ìý

Event Information

When: Friday, May 9th, 2025; 10 am - 6 pm

Where: UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Davis Centre, 1st Floor

Who: Women and gender-diverse UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ and high school students, and local community members interested in tech.

Cost: FREE!

Food Provided: Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided

All WiCS CON attendees must abide by ourÌýCODE OF CONDUCT.

To create a personalised conference schedule:

1. Click on the session you are interested in
2. In the top right-hand corner,Ìýclick [+iCal]
3. Add .ics file to your calendar:
   • iPhone Users: Use the Safari browser, then click onÌýAdd to CalendarÌýat the bottom of the pop-up window.
   • Android Users:ÌýDownload the .ics file, clickÌýOpen, select your Calendar App, then clickÌýAdd to CalendarÌýin the bottom of the pop-up.
   • Computer Users:ÌýDownload the .ics file, then upload it to your favourite calendar application.
4. Repeat for the remaining sessions you want to attend!
