Visit with women engineers, analysts, product managers, and more. Ask them about their workplace, their experiences, their advice, what they would have done differently, what they would like you to know about working in tech. WiCS Con sponsors are at booths in the DC Foyer and in DC 1301. Some may have campus recruiters, but many booths are simply staffed with women who hold technical roles and who are interested in talking with you!
Many WiCS Con sponsors are also staffing breakout rooms online. You can wander in and out of the breakout rooms to learn more about these companies and talk with their representatives. They are eager to talk with you!
