To obtain fob access to the WiCS study room you will need to complete this form each term.ÌýThe room should be "unlocked" from 07:00 to 24:00 each day of the week (including weekends), and locked during other hours.

Complete this form to request access to the WiCS study room in DC 2331.ÌýYou will get an email responseÌýonce your request is proceeded and your fob is ready forÌýpickup at the WiCS office at DC 2509.

Your first fob is free of charge but replacements for lost fobs areÌý$25.ÌýFobs are only valid for one term. You mustÌýRETURNÌýyour fob before the END OF TERMÌýto the WiCS Co-op Office inÌýDC 2509.ÌýShould you have any questions or concerns, please contact the WiCS Outreach Associate or WiCS Director or visit the WiCS Co-op Office (DC 2509).
