Safety Spectrum Orientation

Purpose

This training shows participants how to use the Safety Spectrum software to manage incident and hazard reporting and investigation.

All University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ supervisors and lead hands.

Registration and scheduling

This session takes place on Microsoft Teams. The email confirmation you receive from Workday should contain the information you require to attend the session. Contact the Safety Office if you need support.

Follow these steps to register through :

  1. Log in to Workday using your WatIAM.
  2. Using the Search bar at the top of the page, search for Safety Spectrum Orientation.
  3. The course should appear in the LearningÌý³¦²¹³Ù±ð²µ´Ç°ù²â.
  • If you do not see the course when you search:
    • The Learning category is found in the list of categories on the left-hand side of the screen. If you do not have it in your Saved Categories, click on the More Categories option to access it.                                     Â
