Workplace violence
The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ is committed to providing a safe learning and work environment free of workplace violence through a process of risk assessment and implementation of reasonable safeguards to protect workers, students and visitors.

Workplace harassment
The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ isÌýcommittedÌýto providing a work environment in which all workers are treated with respect and dignity. Workplace harassment will not be tolerated from any person in the workplace.
The University provides several resources to assist community members concerned with harassment in their workplace.ÌýThe Safety Office, Human Resources, and the Conflict Management & Human Rights Office are available for consultation when considering potential resolutions.

Sexual violence -Ìýprevention and response
The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment where the impact of sexual violence is understood and individuals affected receive support.ÌýPolicy 42 Prevention and Response to Sexual ViolenceÌýestablishes the University’s commitment to the awareness and prevention of sexual violence and to a process for addressing complaints of sexual violence.

Training
All University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ employees are required to complete theÌýWorkplace Violence AwarenessÌýonline training module.
