University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ graduating students and alumni are available for a variety of full-time positions.

Thanks to our co-op program, many À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ students graduate with up to two years of work experience. Although they may be new hires at your organization, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.

À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ produces what Canadian business has always said it wants; smart, motivated, relevant graduates.

Steps to hiring graduating students and alumni

  1. Visit key sections of our website:

    1. If this is your first time hiring at À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ, create an account.
    2. Post your job on the Graduating and Full-Time Jobs board.
    3. Graduating students must apply through , but they can also apply directly to you.
      • If you wish to interview on campus in À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ, submit an interview reservation when posting your job.
  3. Sit back and relax:
    • Once our staff reviews and approves your job, it will be available for students to view and apply to on À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµWorks.
    • You'll receive an email confirmation when your applications are available to review. 
  4. Review résumés either through À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµWorks or on your own if students applied directly to you.
  5. Interview students using one of the following interview options:
    • In-person (on-campus) interviews
    • À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµWorks integrated webcam interviews (webcam/audio-only options) 
    • Employer-arranged webcam interviews
    • Phone Interviews
