In response, À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has developed alternative programs—such as WE Accelerate and Co-op for Community—that enable students to gain valuable skills and industry experience while earning co-op credits. However, these initiatives rely on donors for access, funding and mentorship, emphasizing the significant role of donors in nurturing future talent.
