Become a Co-op Champion: Invest in À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ students

Showcase your commitment to hiring À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ talent. Make an annual donation of at least 1% of your co-op student salaries.

Join a distinguished group of employers and alumni who are making a significant impact on co-op student success through their collective generosity.

Why now?

Students are encountering significant challenges in securing co-op positions due to a competitive labour market, heightened competition and financial barriers.

In response, À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has developed alternative programs—such as WE Accelerate and Co-op for Community—that enable students to gain valuable skills and industry experience while earning co-op credits. However, these initiatives rely on donors for access, funding and mentorship, emphasizing the significant role of donors in nurturing future talent. By making a small, annual donation to Co-op, you're helping support the growth and success of future À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ co-op students.

Together, we can collectively ensure that more students have access to the resources they need to excel in their co-op experiences. We empower students to pursue opportunities that enhance their learning and skill development. It is our shared responsibility, for our economy and society, to cultivate future talent.

Investing in talent, innovation and impact

For president Murray Gamble, partnering with the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has never been about short-term commitment. It’s about long-term strategy.

Gamble believes in the power of leading by example. And that true leaders give back where it matters most.

By donating a minimum of 1% of what the C3 Group pays co-op students, students facing a tough economy will get the help they need.
