Competition for top talent is fierce. Innovative À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ co-op students and new graduates are a great way to expand your talent pool. It's easier than ever to recruit them! Each term you can host in-person or virtual Employer Information Sessions (EIS). Among other benefits, you can meet potential candidates and increase the number of applicants to your job(s).

Host an Employer Information Session

Cost

Effective for fall 2025, the fee to host an Employer Information Session is $350 (plus applicable taxes) for sessions on or after September 4, 2025. The fee includes the venue, audio-visual and tech support, on-campus promotions and a dedicated service team to support every step of the way.

Format

A limited number of session timeslots are available each term, both in-person and virtual, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • In-person sessions take place on campus primarily at the William M. Tatham Centre (TC).
  • Virtual sessions take place on Microsoft Teams or the digital platform of your choice.
  • We don't offer simultaneous sessions targeting the same student group (whether open and closed/private).

Registration

Fall 2025 term

Sessions take place from September to November 2025 for the winter 2026 recruitment term.
Registration opened on Wednesday July 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. E.T.

Spring 2025 term

Sessions take place from May to July 2025 for the fall 2025 recruitment term.

  • Spread the word to increase student attendance. Create a post on Instagram. We can re-share!
  • Amplify EIS promotions posted on our social channels and the À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµWorks EIS calendar.
  • Submit a company video to be featured directly on our Instagram channel.ÌýDownload these video guidelines and check out this  for inspiration!

Position

  • Align your job postings on our À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµWorks job boards.
  • Post your job(s) on À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµWorks before your session so you can link your session to your job description(s) and receive notifications as students register.

Prepare

  • Consider what support you’ll need for your session and let us know!
  • Utilize the dedicated À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ staff member to assist you with room technology (in-person or virtual) setup. They will be present throughout your session.
  • Register early, we require at least 10 business days’ notice to book your employer information session.
