Congratulations to Industrial-Organizational Area graduate student Amy Barron who won the 2021 RHR Kendall Award for Best Student Paper. This prize is awarded annually by the I-O Division of , supported by RHR International, in honour of Dr. Lorne Kendall, a Canadian psychologist whose work contributed greatly to the field of I-O psychology. The award comes with a plaque and $1000 prize.
