Accept your Offer
Follow the instructions on your Offer of Admission (available through your Quest account). Most students will accept their offer through the website. If you have problems accepting your Offer of Admission, please call the OUAC at 519-823-1063.
Check conditions
Next, you need to log in to Quest to review any conditions on your Offer of Admission and the timelines for meeting those.
International students
You likely need to request a letter of attestation to go along with your study permit application.

2. Reserve your place in residence
Deadline: June 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
First-year students
If you plan to live in an on-campus residence, you'll need to claim your WatIAm IDÌý²¹²Ô»å set up two-factor authentication before visiting our Campus Housing website to submit your Residence Guarantee Application Form and non-refundable deposit. These are due by 11:59 p.m. on June 10, 2025. If you miss the deadline, you won't be guaranteed a place in residence.
Transfer students
Apply by 11:59 p.m. on June 10, 2025 to guarantee a spot in an upper-year residence.
Architecture students
We strongly advise that you live in Cambridge and not in a main campus residence. See "Student life in Cambridge" on the School of Architecture FAQ for details.

- submit your Residence Guarantee Application Form and deposit.

Campus Housing residences
- Ron Eydt Village
- UW Place (includes Claudette Millar Hall)
- Village 1
- Mackenzie King Village
- Columbia Lake Village
On-campus University Colleges
- Renison University College
- St. Jerome's University
- United College
Conrad Grebel University College is an on-campus residence that is not part of the residence guarantee. If you'd like to live there, you'll need to apply to Grebel before the end of May.
Scholarships and bursaries
When will I find out?
Beginning in early May, you'll be able to use Quest to view any entrance scholarships and bursaries you've been awarded.
If you receive a scholarship and/or bursary, a "View Award Offers" link will appear in Quest next to the program details for the program to which you've been admitted.
Do I need to do anything?
In most cases, when you accept your Offer of Admission, you’re automatically accepting your scholarship and/or bursary.
Be sure to read the bursary and/or scholarship information carefully for any conditions or requirements.
Renison University College or St. Jerome’s University
If you've received an offer of admission to Renison University College or St. Jerome’s University and have received a scholarship from them, follow any specific instructions included in your Offer of Admission.
Change your mind about which university to attend?
If you've already accepted an offer of admission to an Ontario university, you may without penalty up to June 2, 2025.
Financial deposits for Ontario high school students
If you're an Ontario high school student, no Ontario university can require a financial commitment from you before June 2.
