Two first-year À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Engineering students have won more backing to pursue a startup company that connects sustainable clothing brands with eco-conscious consumers.
Ayush Bhargava, a management engineering student, and Raymond Wu, who is studying biomedical engineering, are the founders of ChangeRoom, an app designed to create a mobile marketplace.
ChangeRoom recently took the top prize of $2,500 in a pitch competition staged by the GreenHouse social impact incubator at St. Paul’s University College. It won $5,000 in the Concept $5K event in December.
