First-year students
First-year academic advisors are available to assist first-year engineering students with any academic inquiries students may have. Academic advisors can be accessed via in-person appointments, online appointments, or email.
For immediate assistance call 519-888-4567 extension 44761, or visit the Engineering Undergraduate Studies Office in E2 1772, the office is open 8:15-5:00. Drop-in advising appointments are welcome.Â

Students can book an in-person or virtual appointment with an advisor through . Select in person or virtual meeting, then select your preferred time and complete the form below the calendar. Darker calendar dates have open times. Clicking on a darker date shows available times to the right. Virtual meetings are held through MS Teams, in person meetings will be in E2 1772. Personal Counselling
At times academic issues may get confused with personal problems (relationship issues, death in the family, etc.). We have a team of counsellors that just work with engineering students. You can find out more about them at Engineering Counselling.
