Christopher Wilson, an electrical and computer engineering professor, will receive $50,000 from the Canada Foundation for Innovation's , previously known as Leaders Opportunity Fund. Wilson, who is crossed appointed with À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's physics and astronomy departments, will use the funds for his research into engineered quantum systems for quantum information. The funding announcement was made on January 8.
