The FIRST Robotics Competition À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ DistrictÌýis held each year at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ in March. In 2017Ìý— the 13th year of the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Regional — 32 teams will compete at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ for a chance to go to St. Louis and compete in the FIRST World Championships.

These drop-in sessions held on Mondays (12-1 p.m.) are designed to help you reduce stress and learn ways to find balance and well-being. Learn to balance your stress naturally through a brief combination of evidence based techniques such as, mindful meditation, progressive relaxation, visualization and restorative yoga postures.

Select teams are interviewed and funding readiness issues examined. It's two hours of "hands-on, how-to" knowledge involving real startups who are looking for funding.
