Event description: Come out and have some fun! Our Winter Camp is available for youth currently in grades 1-2 and 3-4 at the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ campus! These day programs will run 9:00AM to 4:00PM onÌýJanuary 3rd and 4th, 2019. Activities will cover a range of science, engineering and technology concepts, and will be different each day.

Tomorrow’s innovators practice imaginative thinking and teamwork. Guided by two or more adult Coaches, FIRST LEGO League teams (up to 10 members, grades 4-8**) research a real-world problem such as food safety, recycling, energy, etc., and are challenged to develop a solution. They also must design, build, program a robot using LEGO MINDSTORMS®, then compete on a table-top playing field.

Women in Engineering is celebrating International Women’s Day with a movie screening at Princess Twin Cinemas! Come out to watch Suffragette (2015) with a live panel before the show, free snacks and a chance to meet some awesome people!

Chemical Engineering's Capstone Design Symposium will feature 35 projects from final year Engineering students ranging in topic from solar powered cooking to the production of artificial blood vessels.Ìý
