This full day conference for upper year engineering students will showcase a variety of  career options, transition tips and skill building sessions on what to expect when you enter the workforce, sign a contract and begin building a career. What`s Next is for undergraduate students who have at least completed their second year of university.
These drop-in sessions are designed to help you reduce stress and learn ways to find balance and well-being. Learn to balance your stress naturally through a brief combination of evidence based techniques such as, Â mindful meditation, progressive relaxation, visualization and restorative yoga postures.Â
Engineering Counselling offers individual counselling to registered students. This service is confidential and voluntary.Â
