We know paying for university can be tough! That's why we offer a range of pricing options to make things easier for students. Our fees are updated each year based on factors like local rent prices, what other univerisites are charging, and the province's rental increase guidelines.Ìý

Each term lasts roughly four months although your specific move-in/move-out dates will be outlined in your contract.The terms are - Fall (September to December), winter (January to April) and spring (May to August).Ìý

Fees for the upcoming academic year are updated each February.

What's included in your fees:

  • 24/7 maintenance support
  • Don support and mentorship for first-years
  • Technical support at the Residence IT Service Desk
  • Front desk assistance
  • Residence-specific amenities (e.g., games, movies, lounges, study spaces, e-sports area, meeting rooms)
  • ExclusiveÌýacademic programming for first-years (Living-LearningÌý³¦´Ç³¾³¾³Ü²Ô¾±³Ù¾±±ð²õ, tutoring, leadership opportunities, and workshops)
