Beer and Bites 2023

The University College's at the University of ݮƵ have come together to host Been and Bites - a beer tasting by 4 local breweries. You will take a guided walking tourstarting at United College featuring Stockyards Brewing and then walk to the 3 other Colleges to enjoy samples from TWB Brewing, Collective Arts Brewing and Short Finger Brewing Company. Along the way, there will also be treats to accompany your brews! Tickets are $30 and include 8 craft beer and food tastings (2 beer samples/college).

Join us as we enjoy great craft beer, good food and amazing company as we connect with old and new friends.

Keep in mind:

  • It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk between the University Colleges - wear comfy shoes!
  • The route and spaces we will be using are fully accessible, but we will be walking outside with some uneven surfaces. If you have any accessibility or mobility needs, please feel free to share them with us in advance of the event using so we can ensure that your needs will be met.

United College’s Student Union, in partnership with Advancement & Alumni Relations, is proud to announce the inaugural United College Student-Alumni AMA “Ask-Me-Anything” speaker series! Throughout the year, United College invites a distinguished alumnus to come back to residence, engage in a lively Q&A with current students, and answer questions regarding: life as a past student, professional career decisions, personal life after United College and the university, and advice on how to navigate through today’s challenging times. Over light refreshments, prepare for a discourse between students and alumni, fostering an evening of support, connection, laughter, and memory for all.
