Sarena is a graduate student in the clinical psychology program at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ. She is working under the supervision of Dr. Jonathan Oakman as part of theÌýPsychological Intervention Research Team. HerÌýthesis work explores patterns ofÌýfactors thatÌýpromote change over the course of psychotherapy.ÌýShe is interested in the relationship between the therapeutic alliance and emotional processing within and between sessions.ÌýHer second line of research involvesÌýapplying the Job Demands and Resources Model to study burnout, engagement,Ìýand well-beingÌýin university students.Ìý
