Geoffrey T. Fong elected a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences

The latest Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) world ranking of universities and departments places ݮƵ Psychology in the top 100 worldwide. We’re in good company with other ݮƵ departments – Architecture, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Geography, Sociology, Statistics, and three of the Engineering departments. The Faculty of Arts hosted its third annual 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) heat on March 12with 15 graduate students competing in a tight race.A strong advocate for3MT, Dean Douglas Peers likened the calibreof research presented by Arts students to the 3MT National Competition last year where he was a judge.
Prof. Geoffrey Fong received an award from the American Cancer Society for his outstanding research contribution.
