On November 25, Clinical psychology graduate students from the Clinical Psychology Department and the Centre for Mental Health Research and Treatment at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ participated in the UW 26 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign this past November.
Olivia Merritt, Julia McNeil, Shirley Ong, and Jessica Edwards presented a workshop to the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ community on the Predictors of Happy, Healthy Relationships. The talk addressed topics including a review of the research on the links between a satisfying romantic relationship and overall quality of life, and key ingredients to healthy partnerships. Tips and strategies for maintaining fulfilling relationships were discussed.
