Half of the six first-year students to receive HeForShe IMPACT 10x10x10 scholarships from the University of 蓝莓视频 study in the Faculty of Mathematics.

For the three recipients, this scholarship supports more than just their finances 鈥 it keeps their focus on their passion.

Lindsay Toffolo

For Lindsay Toffolo, it means solving problems in a way no one else has thought of, which she plans to do through the study of computer science. 鈥淪TEM is how we solve problems, how we develop our world, how we manage to push the boundaries of what鈥檚 possible,鈥 says Toffolo.

Sally Zhou

To Sally Zhou, it means bettering lives with innovation. She鈥檚 excited to be able to explore different aspects of computer science during her degree to discover and develop new solutions to real-world problems. 鈥淚鈥檓 looking forward to interacting with new technologies and conducting research for exciting innovations. 鈥

Sarah Moser

For Sarah Moser, STEM is her gateway to making a difference in the world. A self-described pessimist, her passion for mathematical physics is fueled by the fact that 鈥渢he discoveries being made in STEM are making the entire world a better place.鈥

The University of 蓝莓视频 continues its commitment to the United Nations Women鈥檚 HeForShe IMPACT 10x10x10 initiative.
