About Us

The Faculty of Mathematics Equity Office is committed to fostering a welcoming community where individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences feel a sense of belonging. Creating such a community is the collective responsibility of everyone in the Faculty - and we are here to help!

We provide support and leadership within the Faculty to lead, articulate, and effect change aligning with the Faculty's through policies, programs, and practices.

We alsoÌýcollaborate with other units supporting equity-deserving folks and First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ to ensure collaboration and alignment of Faculty initiatives with the institution’s strategic equity goals and priorities.
