Carefully read your offer of admission and complete any tasks the host school requires of you. For example, some schools will ask you to formally accept their offer. 

Please note: 

• For summer programs, fall term exchange, and fall term study abroad, you can expect to be admitted by the end of June.
• For winter or spring term exchanges, you can expect to be admitted by the end of November.

After you’ve been admitted, you can start finalizing your travel arrangements and find a place to live. We suggest that you book your flight after you've received your acceptance from the host school. This is when you’ll also need to apply for your study permit or visa, if required. 

All exchange students are required to register their exchange travel and complete À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ International’s Pre-Departure Student Training for International Travel before their departure.

What do I do?

Keep an eye on your email. Completing the course will be one of a series of actions that you are required to complete, but the Safety Abroad team will provide you with detailed instructions on what else you must complete and by when.
