During the pandemic, it is important to be mentally resilient. The things we previously took for granted have now become luxuries of the past, so it is easy for us to dive into pessimism. At the start of the lockdown, many were optimistic that this would all be over soon. Now, an ongoing sense of uncertainty and trying to adjust to the 鈥渘ew normal鈥 is a common theme across our communities.聽
