Dr. Raafat R. Mansour received the BSc and MSc degrees from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1977 and 1981, respectively, and the PhD degree from the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, Ontario, Canada in 1986 — all in electrical engineering.
