The submission deadline for this form isÌýWednesday, September 11, 2024.
Transcripts are required for all programs of study listed in the application (CIHR – CIHR CV, NSERC – Academic Background, SSHRC – SSHRC CV) including if you are just starting your program in fall 2024. Additionally, if you were on exchange for any terms and the courses do not have an actual grade showing on your home university transcript, you will require official transcripts from the exchange institution.
- Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) will fulfill transcript requests at no charge by retrieving official transcripts that were submitted as part of the student’s À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ admission application*.
- GSPAÌýwill email a single PDF file of the requested transcripts to the student at the email provided in the form. It is the student’s responsibility to then upload the file to theirÌý.
*If there are any transcripts that GSPA is unable to provide because they are not on file, the student is responsible for ordering a new hardcopy version. The student must then scan the hardcopy and merge it with the PDF sent by GSPA. It is the student’s responsibility to upload the merged transcripts to theirÌýapplication.
