This form is to be used by eligible undergraduate and graduate students who are applying for theÌýTri-Agency CGS MÌýcompetition who require a À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ transcript to upload to their CGS M application in the research portal.
Applicants who require a À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ transcript must complete this webform byÌýMonday, November 18, 2024.ÌýLate requests will not be processed.ÌýA WatIAM login is required.
GSPA will fulfil transcript requests by generating official À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ transcripts ONLY. À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ transcripts will be emailed to the student by GSPA.
Students are responsible for obtaining all other official transcripts from previous institutions including transcripts from institutions where they completed an exchange term.ÌýTranscripts must be uploaded to the research portal for any institution identified on the application.
