From March 30th until April 21st, the Office of Sustainability hosted the Green Office Energy Challenge for all green offices across campus to participate.
On Thursday, April 20th, the Sustainability Office and Climate Action À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ Region hosted two high school groups – Resurrection and St. David’s -Ìýfrom the WCDSB for the Energize: Sustainable City Challenge. On April 18th, the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ and the Kitchener Public Library, in association with Power Shift À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ Region, hosted its Public Lecture: Transforming Energy in À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ Region. There were over 140 people who filled up the auditorium to hear what the future holds for sustainability and energy in the Region.
