Are you a community minded person interested in expanding your worldview and connecting with others? Are you looking for a residence experience that nurtures your mind, body and spirit? Then St. Jerome’s is the place for you! Our residence is open to undergraduate students from all faculties, programs, and years.

In order to be considered for a residence offer at St. Jerome’s incoming first-year students should complete the following steps:

1. Rank St. Jerome’s University Residence as your top choice on the First-Year Guarantee Residence Application.
2. Fill out the St. Jerome’s Residence Community Interest Form (not required but encouraged).
3. Consider co-registering with St. Jerome's if you are applying to the Faculty of Arts at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ! Co-registered students are given priority in our residences.

Upper-year or transfer students who would like to live at St. Jerome's should fill out the Residence Community Interest Form. We accept applications for upper-year students in residence until spaces are filled.

Applications to live in residence are due June 1, 2026

Accessible Housing

Applications for Accessible Housing is due June 1, 2026

Upper Year Students 

Applications for upper year students open in December and are accepted until spaces are filled. Applications dates will be posted on the @sjulead Instagram, so make sure to turn on notifications or keep your eye on their page.

Spaces for winter and spring single term contracts are available until residence is full.

Each incoming student to our Residence is asked to complete the Residence and Community Interest Form. This form is not mandatory but helps our Residence Life Team get to know you better.

If you are an upper-year student applying to live in one of our undergraduate residences, please complete the Residence Community Interest Form and someone from our Residence Life Team will reach out by email.
