Each year, SVPRO and the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ joins campus partners, along with Kitchener-À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ organizations, as well as with varying levels of government and groups worldwide to participate in 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence to remind us all that we can take action in our everyday lives to stop gender-based violence.
Led by , 16 Days begins November 25th: the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and runs until December 10th: Human Rights Day. Within Canada, this time also includes December 6th: The National Day of Remembrance and Against on Violence Against Women.
