The Sensors and Integrated Microsystems Laboratory (SIMSLab) is a testing and characterization laboratory for micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) ²¹²Ô»åÌýmicro-(opto)-electromechanical systems (MOEMS) devices. The facility is funded by Canada foundation for innovation (CFI) and University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.
The Sensors and Integrated Microsystems Laboratory also makes use of the clean room facilities located at the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Institute of Technology's Giga-to-nano (G2N) laboratory and Professor Matt Vijayan's biology laboratories.
