Research conducted under the auspices of the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ must comply with the .
Investigations into allegations of irresponsible conduct of research are handled by two separate guidelines. However, the process involved is essentially the same.
- Allegations made against University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ faculty will use the process and criteria identified in Article 14 of the Faculty Memorandum of Agreement
- Allegations made against all other University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ personnel such as students and staff will use the research integrity administrative guideline
- All other cases of academic misconduct, which are not classified as irresponsible conduct of research, are handled using the appropriate academic misconduct policy
University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ policies also outline additional obligations with respect to the responsible conduct of research such as conflict of interest, intellectual property, and ethical behaviour.
