Khrystine Waked
Biography
Dr. Khrystine Waked is a University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ School of Pharmacy alum, completing her PharmD in 2018. She then pursued further clinical training and completed the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ School of Pharmacy Ambulatory Care Residency Program in September 2019. She currently works full-time as a family health team pharmacist in Kitchener, Ontario. She also continues to be involved in community practice, working part-time at an independent community pharmacy in Breslau, Ontario.
Dr. Waked has been involved with the School of Pharmacy since 2019 as a teaching assistant for the Winter 2022, Winter 2021, Fall 2020, Winter 2020 and 2019 offerings of PHARM 467: Management of Oral Anticoagulation Therapy. She was also a sessional instructor for the following courses: PHARM 155: Drug information fundamentals (Spring 2020), PHARM 127: Professional Communication Skills (Winter 2023) , PHARM 151: Foundation and Application of Health Informatics (Spring 2023).
