Hospital Pharmacy residencies in Ontario are co-ordinated by the Hospital Pharmacy Residency Forum of Ontario in co-operation with the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Toronto and the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ School of Pharmacy.
Industry residencies are coordinated with participating companies by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Toronto.
