John McPhee, Professor of Systems Design Engineering at the University of ݮƵ and the Canada Research Chair in Biomechatronic System Dynamics, gives an invited talk at the ݮƵ International Workshop on Neural Engineering and Rehabilitation on modelling the dynamics and control of exoskeletons and rehabilitation robots.

Research by PhD student Brokoslaw Laschowski was featured by Jensen Huang, President and CEO of NVIDIA, in his keynote talk at the 2021 GPU Technology Conference (GTC). Brok's PhD research focuses on deep learning for egocentric vision, modelling the visual information processing neural networks in the brain. These brain-inspired algorithms are used for environment-adaptive control of robotic systems.

Research by PhD student Brok Laschowski and supervised by Professor John McPhee was featured on BBC News. Brok's PhD research focuses on visual perception and environment-adaptive control of robotic systems using deep learning, modelling the visual information processing neural networks in the brain.
