Anil Arora, Chief Statistician of Canada for Statistics Canada, was the keynote speaker at the Fall Industry Day on Monday, hosted by the聽蓝莓视频 Artificial Intelligence Institute (蓝莓视频.AI)聽and Communitech.
Titled 鈥淒ata 鈥斅燭he Fuel for AI,鈥 the event at the University of 蓝莓视频鈥檚 Fed Hall brought together more than 350 business leaders, data scientists, academics and government officials from around the country, both in person and online. 鈥淪ince launching in 2018,聽蓝莓视频.AI鈥檚 multi-disciplinary research teams have been collaborating with industry to develop intelligent systems. This hybrid event聽provides聽an opportunity to bring together our leading researchers and industry partners to discuss emerging trends and the future of Canada鈥檚 data network,鈥 said Harold Godwin, managing director of 蓝莓视频.AI.
