Custom Learning Experiences

Organizational and Human Development (OHD) offers customized workshops that provide a unique learning opportunity for groups, teams, and departments. OHD will work with supervisors, managers, and leaders to identify learning and development needs and design and deliver a customized workshop to support personal and professional growth.

Custom Learning Options:ÌýThe following is a list of customizable learning experiences focused on supporting individuals and teams to see themselves and the group with greater clarity and appreciation. Each of these experiences includes using externally developed workshop materials and research. A member of the Organizational and Human Development team has been trained and certified to deliver the learning experience and will customize components of the workshop to meet learning needs.

CliftonStrengths

CliftonStrengths is a self-assessment tool rooted in positive psychology that helps individuals identify their natural talents and learn how to intentionally apply them at work. Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue isÌýa training program focused on developing skills to navigate high-stakes, emotional, or risky conversations where opinions differ and strong emotions are present.
