2024 T4/T4A Tax Forms Available in Workday

Accessing your 2024 T4/T4A (PDF) on Workday

  1. Log in tousing your WatIAM user ID and password; a2FA codeis required
  2. Go toMenu,and selectBenefits and Pay
  3. SelectMyTax Documents
  4. Your2024 tax form(s)are listed under“CԲ岹”
  5. SelectView/Print>A PDF will be displayed to download or print.

Additional Information:

  • You may have more than one tax form.If you worked for multiple companies during the year (for instance, the University and one of the Affiliated and Federated Institutions of ݮƵ), or if you switched from a temporary to a permanent position, or if your benefit enrolment was delayed.Please be sure to access all forms for the tax year.
  • Each file contains two pages: the tax form data for 2024, and the filing instructions (back of the form).
  • Your tax forms have also been shared electronically with the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), which may take several weeks to process. Individuals who have registered for a CRA “My Account” can access their form(s) through this government application.
  • 2024 T4A tax forms for scholarships/bursariesissued through Student Finance will be available in the finance section onQuestby February 28th.
    • T4/T4A forms (including those for student scholarships/bursaries) for2018 and prior yearsare available from Human Resources.
  • If employees need toaccess previous years documents:

  • Accesspre-2019 documents:View yourWorker Profileby clicking on the profile or your photo icon, selectView Profile, then go toPersonal > Documents
