We all know that a performance review and ongoing performance conversations are critical drivers in employee performance and motivation.Ìý These important conversations take planning, skill and confidence. Engaging in these conversations effectively has many benefits for employees, managers and the entire organization.Ìý

The Leading Performance Conversations (with your Team) workshop will explore the skills and techniques needed to have meaningful, mutually-beneficial performance conversations about goals, professional development, tracking progress, and feedback. Where employees and managers play an active role in engaging each other in conversations about performance that build trust and are forward-focused.   Ìý
