The Faculty of Health invites youÌýto join us at thisÌýcelebratory event, hosted in honour of your hard work, dedication and accomplishments during your time in Health.
It is a long journey from the first day you arrive on campus to the day you cross the stage at Convocation with your degree in hand. You have learned, grown, and built lifelongÌýrelationships, all while enduring the uncertainties and surprisesÌýthat have transpiredÌýin recent years.
This event is for all Faculty of Health undergraduate and graduate students graduating in 2024 (June orÌýOctober convocation).
Event schedule
5:00 to 5:30 p.m. - Registration and refreshments
5:30 to 6:30Ìýp.m. - Formal programming
- Hear from Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies Dr. Leeann Ferries, Associate Dean, Graduate Studies, Dr. Phil Bigelow, Graham Barnes (BA '18, Recreation and Sport Business), and the announcement of the Class of 2024ÌýValedictorian
- Toast to the graduating class of 2024
- AÌýtrivia game of memories submitted by the graduating class
- Door prize draw including diploma frame and Faculty of Health prize packs!
6:30Ìýto 7:00 p.m. - Social and networking
- Socializing and networking with friends, faculty and staff
Snacks and refreshments will be provided. We acknowledge that this event takes place during Ramadan; please let us know if you are celebrating to plan for alternative food options.Ìý
Dress code: . If you are coming directly from class, please come as you are!
Note: Grad gifts will be handed out at this event. If you are unable to attend, gifts can be arrangedÌýforÌýpickup after the event.
