Canada’s first health-focused online Master of Social Work (MSW)Ìýprogram is offered by the School of Social Work atÌýRenisonÌýUniversity College in collaboration with the Faculty of Health. The program provides students with knowledge and skills in advanced social work practice within a focus on health, research and scholarship, professional leadership, and social work supervision. This graduate program is delivered primarily onlineÌýallowing students to continue to participate in their home community while pursuing a graduate degree in social work. StudentsÌýattend two mandatoryÌýintensive 'Summer Institutes' (one-weekÌýcourses that take place on-campus)Ìýand completeÌý462 hours of MSW-supervised practicum.ÌýA Bachelor of Social Work degree is a mandatory admission requirement.
