NOTE:art-time admissions are available for all programs, however funding is not available to students registered part-time.
Academic requirements
Students must have completed a four‐year honours Bachelor degree (or equivalent) with an overall average of at least 75% or an overall average of at least 75% in the final 20 courses (or last 2 years). An academic referee typically holds & or has held – an academic appointment at an educational institution. They have taught you in a course, or supervised your research, and can attest to your academic performance and aptitude for research.
A professional referee is typically a supervisor or senior-level employee. They have supervised you, and can attest to your possession of the skills and experience required for program admission.
Use a valid institutional or organizational email addresses. Do not use a personal email address such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
You may be required to submit an English language proficiency (ELP) examination score. The alternative higher ELP scores are required for the Climate Change programs:
- an overall internet-based TOEFL score of at least 100 (writing 26; speaking 26), or
- an overall score of IELTS (academic) score of 7.5 (writing 7.0; speaking 7.0)
