Tina Chan, M.Sc. candidate in Applied Health Sciences has been making positive waves in the media recently as her work on mental health support and mental health gameful design gains traction.

Chan spoke with BBC reporter Dan Lytwyn about the and what the resource means for those coping with mental illness.

On , Craig Norris spoke with Tina about the topic of student mental health during the exam season and her own experiences as a first year undergrad student.

Tina and her HCI teammates Andrew Cen, Joanna Liu (undergrad), Kenny Fung and Marvin Pafla took the first place prize of $5000 at the AI for Good Hack-a-thon for their app used to aid mental health professionals during therapy.

Ìý´¡³Ù , Chan spoke to young innovators about what led her to start her company "Panic, Anxiety, and Stress Support Inc", and how she went about selecting support items for her kit.
