Who is eligible?
Newly admitted PhD students (not currently or previously enrolled in any type of degree program at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ). Â
The housing guarantee is not available to PhD students coming with a spouse and/or children. If you’re coming with a spouse or children, you can apply to the family housing waitlist and seek off-campus housing.Ìý

Application information
Applications are currently open. Apply to single graduate student housing by June 10, 11:59 pm ET to secure your guaranteed spot. Housing offers will be made on a rolling basis. Campus Housing will adjust your application to reflect an 8-month two-term non-renewable contract (September 2025 to April 2026) as part of the housing guarantee for PhD students.
Applications for winter 2026 will open on September 23, 2025, with an application deadline of October 9 at 11:59 pm ET. Winter 2026 will also be an 8-month two-term non-renewable contract (January 2026 to August 2026).
