"FAUW and the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Way – 60 Years of Collegial Governance," a panel discussion about why FAUW is what it is today, and where we’ve been along the way.

Recently, FAUW took an important step toward pay equity for lecturers by securing adjustments to faculty salary thresholds so they no longer unfairly disadvantage lecturers over the course of our careers. FAUW and the Lecturers’ Committee cordially invite all lecturers to join us at the Grad House as we celebrate this achievement.

FAUW couldn't do its work without all of our board, council, and committee representatives. We have collectively done some great work this year, and we're holding a brief online celebration of our members' efforts to make the University a better place to work.
