Every five years, a Salary Anomaly Working Group reviews faculty salaries for inequities, including but not limited to gender-based inequities, and recommends how cases of inequity should be resolved. This is a joint working group of FAUW and the University.
2024
Due to delays in data collection, this process was halted, but has resumed in early 2023. FAUW's representatives on the re-constituted working group are Rashmee Singh, Kate Rybczynski, and Michael Wallace. The working group submitted their report on October 30, 2024.
