To enhance competency in anti-racism and equity on campus, the office developed and offered various educational programs, awareness initiatives, and networking opportunities for students, staff and faculty.聽 We successfully launched the Programs Area Leads (PAL) initiative, the EDI-R Community of Practice, Educational Road Maps, and a new Podcast, all aimed at educating and empowering our campus community to lead with inclusivity.聽
