Spotlight on Research  - Can Taking Time to “Smell the Flowers” Really Improve Your Well-being?

Apparently, it can! 

Research from the University of Derby (2021) showed that engaging with nature through simple activities, such as smelling flowers, had a greater positive impact on well-being than the length of time spent in nature.
