Growing evidence suggests that being near , such as rivers and lakes, can improve overall well-being. A group of landscape architecture researchers from the South China University of Technology completed a scoping review to determine if artificial and indoor water features had similar positive impacts on well-being. It turns out that your garden pond or desktop fountain can help reduce stress and increase social interactions.
